These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Trainara mobile application and related services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trainara mobile application and related services (“Trainara” or “the Service”).

By accessing or using Trainara, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

Trainara is intended for users 16 years of age or older.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

If you are under 16 years old, you must not use Trainara.

Trainara provides training and nutrition recommendations for endurance athletes using artificial intelligence and user-provided data.

The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed.

5. Artificial intelligence and recommendations

Trainara uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations.

You remain solely responsible for how you apply any recommendation provided by Trainara.

Trainara does not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice.

Before starting or modifying any training or nutrition program, you should assess your own physical condition and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Trainara is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from the use of the Service.

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

Trainara may integrate with third-party services such as Strava or Intervals.icu.

Trainara is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Beta version

Trainara may be offered as a beta version, which is provided free of charge during the beta period.

Beta versions may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features and may change or be discontinued without notice.

11. Subscriptions and payments

In the future, Trainara may offer paid subscription plans.

When applicable, pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

No payment information is required during the beta period.

12. Intellectual property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks related to Trainara are the intellectual property of the Service provider or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Trainara for personal, non-commercial purposes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainara is provided “as is” and “as available”.

No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, availability, or results. Trainara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using Trainara at any time.

Trainara reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for security or legal reasons, or to protect the integrity of the Service.

15. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Trainara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
